This is a plain-language summary of how you're expected to use GiftSpark. The authoritative terms of service are presented within the GiftSpark app; this summary is here for quick reference and where the two differ in detail, the in-app terms govern.

Using GiftSpark responsibly​

  • Use recognition and the feed in good faith — appreciation, not harassment or spam.
  • Respect your teammates and your organization's guidelines.
  • Don't attempt to abuse the points and rewards economy (for example, gaming recognition purely to farm points).
  • Keep your account secure and don't share access.

What GiftSpark provides​

GiftSpark provides recognition, rewards, surveys, events, and gifting tools. Some capabilities depend on optional integrations your organization configures (such as Slack, Teams, Maps, or payments) and are available only when set up.

Limits and disclaimers​

  • The wellness, mental-health, and finance helpers are informational conveniences, not professional medical or financial advice.
  • AI suggestions are starting points generated from the inputs you provide, not guarantees.
  • GiftSpark is not a store and does not sell or ship the products its shopping tools help you find.

Accounts and termination​

Your organization's admins manage membership and roles. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see the privacy page).
