GiftSpark's finance area has two halves: organizational budgets that keep the rewards economy under control, and personal money helpers that make gifting and spending smarter. Together they answer "what can we afford?" for admins and "how do I spend wisely?" for members.

Recognition budgets​

Admins set and track budgets for recognition and rewards so the points economy stays sustainable. The budget planner helps map spending across a period, and budget views show how much has been allocated and used. This keeps the rewards catalog from drifting out of control.

Personal money helpers​

Around the organizational budget, GiftSpark bundles a set of optional, everyday money tools that are useful when buying gifts or managing spending:

  • Coupons and discounts — keep useful savings in one place.
  • Price alerts — get notified when something you're watching changes price.
