What data is collected

Optional profile details you choose to add (such as your birthday, interests, or style) power events and gift recommendations, and you control their visibility.
How data is used and shared
- Used to run the platform: recognition, rewards, events, surveys, and gifting.
- Encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS.
- Shared with operational providers that process data on GiftSpark's behalf — analytics (Firebase, Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity) and error tracking (Sentry) — plus delivery services you enable, such as push (OneSignal) and chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
GiftSpark does not sell your personal data.
Permissions
The mobile app requests only what its features need — for example, push-notification permission for reminders and biometric access for unlock. Each sensitive capability is tied to a real feature and used only for that purpose.
Deleting your account and data

Your rights
