Introduction
GiftSpark is an employee engagement platform that combines peer recognition, a redeemable rewards catalog, pulse surveys, gamification, and team gifting into one product that runs on the web, Android, and iOS. It gives an organization a single place where teammates thank each other publicly, earn points and badges for it, redeem those points for rewards, and stay connected through shared events and gifting.
GiftSpark is built by Ahsan Mahmood. The app is free to use and runs on Firebase. You can open it at giftspark.aoneahsan.com or install the Android app from Google Play.

What it is not
Honesty matters more than marketing. A few explicit non-claims:
- Not a payroll or HRIS system. GiftSpark complements your HR tools; it does not replace them or store payroll data.
- Not a paid-only product. The core platform is free and works without any paid integration. Optional card payments use Stripe when configured, and fall back to an admin-managed flow when not.
- Not a closed silo. Recognition can flow to Slack and Microsoft Teams, and the companion browser extension lets people save gift ideas outside the app.
